Best bud Matt Walsh and I tossed out the idea of paddling a section of the Crow River in Minnesota. Walsh works in Delano so this made our decision easier on what section we would run. Two hours prior to our paddle we established the route, launch at Rick Johnson Park in Watertown and take out at Lake Rebecca Park Reserve after the convergent of the North and South Forks. Looked doable but the water flow and condition of the river was kind of unknown to us.
