One of my favorite rivers in MN for hiking. Just non stop awesome waterfalls in the rich "root beer" color water. One can keep hiking and hiking up the river, which I did about 7 miles in total. Either way, I love to stop off here any time of year that I am passing it since of ton of great stuff is just right off HWY61
