Right from a busy morning at Savanna Portage I decided to stop for lunch/dinner. Found this tasty place outside of Grand Rapids called Florio’s Grill and Tavern. Got two pints of Guinness and a fish sandwich, which was super good and filling. Then arrived in the middle of a White Pine forest, which was actually the park. Took a quick lap around the trail system on the Hiking Club Trail before I found a tree to play around on. Changing my plan from Cuyuna, due to broken spoke, I knew I could get to the next park for the sunset. Overall, this was a great park if one is looking for river access and great group campsite area.
