Started off exploring the Hiking Club Trail system down to Chase Point. This area was hit by a pretty intense storm by the looks of it. Tons of Red Pine Trees snapped like twigs all over the place. Totally sucks to see by I made the most of them with some fun training. The next morning, I explored Coon and Sandwick Lake on Nala. First time back on her in some time, which it felt amazing! I forget how much I truly love being on water. Lakes were super nice until the wind picked up. Made for a strong paddle back to the launch, but it was a challenge I gladly accepted.
