Savanna Portage
Arrived with plenty of time to drive around and checkout the park via car. I then stopped at the cabins, that were unoccupied, to make dinner next to the lake. Then found a campsite in line to see a great sunrise. Waking up just as the sun was coming up was a fantastic way to start to the day. I packed up my tent and got my bike ready to ride the trails. Well.. Come to find out I have a broken spoke... I said screw it and hit the trials anyways, figured worst case I would have to carry/walk my bike.
Trail was in mix conditions between gravel cross-country trails to wetland. Area is just filled with history in all directions, way to much to list out. Plus I think you need to see/experience it yourself. 10-11 miles later I get back to my car to have a yoga and meditation session. Then packed up my bike and continued onto the next park.
