Not sure if a storm was coming or not I decided to say screw it and explore the park anyways. Very happy I did! This place has a ton to offer by land and by water. It also butts up against Historic Fort Snelling, which has been there since 1820's. I have mixed feeling about this place because of the excisions of the Native Americas. I am not going to go into details because you can just visit it yourself and learn all about it.
